The Ragnard Reborn TOUR was conceived to facilitate and organize your festival in Ukraine for 2 main reasons:
Facilitate the stay of people who do not read or understand Cyrillic language.
Have a turnkey stay (OFF AIRPORT TICKET) with services that will make your festival unique!
European Cultural Event has been commissioned by Musicall Hall to organize and manage the Ragnard Reborn TOUR
WHAT DOES THE DREKI PASS CONTAIN ?
- The 3-day PASS for the Ragnard Reborn Tour
- Personalized pick-up at the airport upon arrival according to your instructions (days, time, flight number and arrival terminal)
- Deposit at your hotel selected by our team, the cost of hotel accomodation it is included in your package.
- Your personalized welcome and presentation of your "concierge" for the nights of Friday, Saturday and Sunday
- Breakfasts (Saturday, Sunday and Monday morning).
- A shuttle for the festival will be available at times defined by the organization
- A "concierge" service 24h / 24H (telephone number) with physical presence in one of the hotels chosen by the organization speaking at least English. This service aims to select the best addresses for you and to accompany you for all your possible problems (address of your embassy, pharmacy and doctor of guard, translation, taxi, office of exchange ...)
- On Mondays pick up at your hotel airport direction for your return flight at the wisest time following the instructions you will have given when booking the RRF tour.
HOW TO BOOK YOUR TOUR?
Once you have chosen the formula; Premium or Standard (DREKI) we will communicate the terms of payment.
Upon receipt of your payment you will receive a physical collector pass RAGNARD REBORN TOUR at your home. (Payment only by Paypal)
At the same time we will start with you an exchange with several forms to complete to best meet your expectations.
We will be your contact until you arrive in Kharkiv (the phone number of the concierge manager will be given before your departure and the name of the hotel).
You will be taken care of personally and nominatively on arrival at the airport and we take care of everything until you leave Kharkiv!
On site an ECE officer will be present to handle any important issues.

QUE CONTIENT LE TOUR DREKI ?
- Le PASS 3 jours pour le Ragnard Reborn Tour
- Prise en charge personnalisé à l’aéroport à votre arrivée suivant vos indications (jours, heure, numéro de vol et terminal d’arrivée)
- Dépôt à votre hôtel sélectionné par notre équipe. le prix de l’hôtel est inclus dans le forfait.
- Votre accueil personnalisé et présentation de votre « concierge » pour les nuits de vendredi, samedi et dimanche
- Les petits déjeuners (samedi, dimanche et lundi matin).
- Une navette pour le festival sera à votre disposition aux horaires définis par l’organisation
- Un service « conciergerie » 24h/24H (numéro de téléphone) avec présence physique dans un des hôtels choisi par l’organisation parlant au minimum Anglais. Ce service a pour but de sélectionner pour vous les meilleures adresses et de vous accompagner pour tous vos problèmes éventuels (adresse de votre ambassade, pharmacie et médecin de garde, traduction, taxi, bureau de change…)
- Le lundi prise en charge à votre hôtel direction l’aéroport pour votre vol de retour à l’heure la plus judicieuse suivant les instructions que vous nous aurez donné lors de votre réservation du RRF tour.

Une fois que vous avec choisi la formule ; Premium ou Standard nous vous communiquerons les modalités de règlement.
A réception de votre règlement vous recevrez une place physique collector de votre RAGNARD REBORN TOUR à votre domicile.
Dans le même temps nous entamerons avec vous un échange avec plusieurs formulaires à remplir pour pouvoir répondre au mieux à vos attentes.
Nous serons votre interlocuteur jusqu'à votre arrivée à Kharkiv (le numéro de téléphone du responsable conciergerie vous sera donné avant votre départ ainsi que le nom de l’hôtel).
Vous serez prit en charge de façon personnel et nominative a votre arrivée a l’aéroport et nous nous occupons de tout jusqu’à votre départ de Kharkiv !
Sur place un responsable de ECE sera présent pour gérer tout les problèmes importants.

European Cultural Event были даны полномочия Musicall Hall с целью организации и управления Ragnard Reborn TOUR.
ЧТО ВКЛЮЧАЕТ В СЕБЯ DREKI?
3-дневный ПАСС на фестиваль
Индивидуальный транспорт из аэропорта по прибытии в соответствии с вашими указаниями (день, время, номер рейса и терминал прибытия)
Трансфер в один из отелей, выбранный нашей командой
Персональное сопровождение (знакомство с сопровождающим на пятницу, субботу и воскресенье)
Завтраки (суббота, воскресенье и понедельник).
Шаттл на фестиваля будет доступен по расписанию, определенному организаторами
Услуга «консьерж» 24 / 24 (номер телефона): связь с физическим лицом, присутствующим в одном из отелей, выбранных организацией. Эта услуга направлена на то, чтобы выбрать для вас лучшие адреса в городе и проконсультировать по всем возможным проблемам (аптеки и медицинское обслуживание, такси, обмен валют ...)
В понедельник трансфер из вашего отеля на обратный рейс согласно выбранному вами расписанию (следуя инструкциям, которые вы дадите при бронировании тура RRT).

Мы будем с вами на связи до вашего прибытия в Харьков (телефонный номер сопровождающего и данные отеля будут вам переданы до вашего отъезда)
О вас лично позаботятся по прибытии в аэропорт и мы организуем все ваше пребывание вплоть до отъезда из Харькова!
